therapy for relationships in Westchester, NY

We work individually with clients who want to self explore their own patterns that are affecting their relationship.

The earliest relationships in our lives can set the tone for all of our future relationships. Relationships with significant others and your own children can be affected by the expectations developed in earlier relationships.

Typically, relationship issues transcend generations until someone breaks the cycle. We help clients break this cycle by exploring the sources of conflict in their lives. This self-exploration leads to an improved understanding of oneself and a drastic increase in the quality of your current relationships.

How does relationship

therapy work?

We work 1:1 with individuals who want to figure out why they are having difficulty in their relationships.  We utilize a trauma informed care approach, meaning we focus on your earlier relationships from childhood and how that may be impacting your current relationships.

We help clients bring a curious eye to their earliest life relationships and understand how it is impacting their ability to connect to their partner.

During these sessions, you will learn ways to more effectively communicate with your partner.  The end result includes a better understanding of your partner, the ability to have stress free conversations, and rediscovering the passion in your relationship.
