I'm a counselor-in-training and seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. My transition into counseling comes from a personal journey of resilience, healing, and a profound desire to support others through life's challenges.

As a survivor of the 9/11 attacks, I hold a deeply personal understanding of trauma and its lasting impacts. This experience, alongside my personal history with anxiety, depression, and successful therapy outcomes, guides my empathetic and trauma-informed approach. I specialize in evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which are powerful modalities in addressing trauma, stress, and emotional healing.

During my teenage years, I lived in Argentina for seven years. That time allowed me to experience and immerse myself in a different culture, deepening my appreciation for cultural diversity and shaping my worldview. This multicultural background informs the culturally sensitive care I provide today.
Being a member of the LGBTQ+ community and an active professional in the demanding finance sector, I am uniquely attuned to the complexities surrounding identity, professional pressures, burnout, and major life transitions. Fluent in Italian and Spanish, I proudly offer culturally sensitive and bilingual counseling services, ensuring inclusive, affirming, and supportive therapeutic experiences.

While maintaining my active role in finance, I am completing my clinical training and working toward licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in New York State. I remain committed to ethical practice, continuous learning, and providing compassionate, empowering guidance as you navigate your personal journey toward growth, resilience, and well-being.
