Online Counseling

Online Counseling is available to all new and existing clients.

We understand that individuals and families have certain limitations when it comes to scheduling and availability.

With online counseling, you are able to get all of the benefits of therapy no matter where you are.

This is especially helpful for individuals with illnesses that make it difficult to travel, as well as individuals with hectic schedules.

All of the services we provide in-office are available via video counseling as well.

Online Counseling is helpful for

  • Clients who have busy schedules are not able to travel to an office

  • Individuals with agoraphobia (fear of public places)

 

  • Clients who want to access our services but do not live close to our office

 

  • Teenagers with busy school and after school schedules

How does online counseling work?

We utilize a confidential, HIPPA compliant telehealth system that allows you to conveniently meet with your therapist in a virtual meeting space.

Clients who sign up for video counseling will receive an automated text or email (according to preference) 10 minutes prior to the session start time.  This automated reminder will include a link to the secure meeting site via our online client portal.
