Muse Headband
At Peaceful Living Mental Health Counseling, we use the Muse Headband as a supportive biofeedback tool to help clients build awareness of their nervous system and practice regulation skills in real time.

Muse is often used during sessions to support mindfulness, focus, and calming the body, especially for clients who find traditional meditation challenging. It may also be incorporated into EMDR preparation and stabilization to help establish a sense of safety and readiness before deeper trauma work.

Some clients choose to use Muse outside of sessions as part of their regulation practice. Clients may receive 15% off a personal Muse Headband using our referral link.
Affiliate Note: We may receive a small commission, but we recommend Muse because it is a tool we genuinely use and value in our clinical work.
