Briana specializes in working with individuals 13 and up, struggling with anxiety, life transitions, ADHD, and gender identity.


Briana uses a combination of Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR Therapy), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Gestalt & Schema Therapy in her work with clients.


Briana is available on weekdays & evenings Monday - Thursday, in our Scarsdale office or via
Telehealth for video counseling sessions.

Briana is able to provide virtual counseling sessions for all residents of New York and Florida.

    Briana holds a license in New York to practice Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) with a MS degree from Long Island University in Mental Health Counseling.

  • EMDR Trained Therapist through EMDR Institute, Inc.  


Briana has completed Levels 1 and 2 of an EMDRIA Approved Basic Training Program in the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. Briana also receives ongoing EMDR Consultation to make sure all clients are engaging in the safest and most effective forms of EMDR Therapy.
