Peaceful Living Mental Health Counseling is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support our growing team of trauma-informed clinicians.
This role is ideal for a licensed therapist who enjoys mentoring other clinicians, strengthening clinical standards, and maintaining an active therapy caseload.
Clinical Supervisors serve as clinician-leaders, balancing direct client care with structured supervision, case consultation, and team leadership.
What You'll Do
Supervise and Support Clinicians

Conduct weekly 1:1 supervision meetings

Facilitate monthly group supervision for case consultation

Provide clinical guidance and treatment planning support

Help clinicians apply trauma-informed and neuro-informed approaches
Support Clinician Performance

Monitor clinician metrics such as:

Caseload stability
-
Booking utilization
-
Documentation completion
-

Provide coaching and structured feedback
-
Collaborate with leadership when additional support is needed
Lead and Develop the Team

Facilitate bi-weekly team meetings
-
Support clinician professional growth and skill development
-
Help clinicians navigate complex clinical and ethical situations

Reinforce consistent clinical standards across the practice
Maintain an Active Caseload
Clinical Supervisors continue providing therapy while leading the team.
Expected caseload:

13 to 19 completed client sessions per week
Maintaining a caseload allows supervisors to stay clinically engaged and model strong clinical care.
