DISC Assessment for LMHC Applicants
At Peaceful Living Mental Health Counseling, we believe that how you show up as a therapist matters just as much as your clinical training.
As part of our hiring process, we invite Licensed Mental Health Counselor applicants to complete a brief DISC assessment. This helps us better understand your communication style, strengths, and how you naturally connect with clients and collaborate within a team.
There are no “right” or “wrong” results. This is simply a tool to help ensure alignment, support your growth, and create a work environment where you can thrive.
