Frank Sarrapochiello is a graduate-level Mental Health Counseling Intern completing his clinical training toward licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in New York State.
He holds a Master’s-level education in Mental Health Counseling and brings over 25 years of experience in the finance industry. His background uniquely informs his work with professionals experiencing burnout, stress, and performance pressure.
Frank has completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, EMDR, and integrates EMDR into his work with adults experiencing trauma and anxiety. He also utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT, to provide structured and effective support.
Frank is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, offering culturally sensitive and inclusive therapy services.
He practices under the direct supervision of Dana Carretta-Stein, LMHC, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based care at Peaceful Living Mental Health Counseling in Scarsdale.
