If you are searching for a trauma therapist in Scarsdale, a bilingual therapist in Westchester, or support for anxiety, burnout, or life transitions, you may be feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to begin.

I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, professional burnout, money issues and major life changes. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered as we work toward clarity, resilience, and emotional balance.

As a trauma-informed therapist in Scarsdale, NY, I believe healing happens in a space where your story is respected and your identity is affirmed.
Who I Support
As an anxiety and burnout therapist in Westchester County, I support adults who:

-
Struggle with anxiety, panic, or chronic stress
-
Feel overwhelmed by professional pressures or burnout
-
Carry unresolved trauma or distressing memories
-
Navigate major life transitions or identity shifts
-
Experience depression or emotional heaviness
-
Seek an LGBTQIA+ affirming and inclusive therapy space
-
Experiencing money-related shame, guilt, or fear
-
Prefer working with a Spanish or Italian-speaking therapist

Many of my clients are high-functioning in their careers but feel internally exhausted or disconnected. Therapy becomes a place to slow down, process, and rebuild from a grounded foundation.
How I Work
My approach is collaborative, practical, and trauma-informed.
As an EMDR-trained therapist in Scarsdale, I integrate evidence-based modalities to help clients process difficult experiences and reduce anxiety symptoms.

My work may include:

To identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns contributing to anxiety, depression, and burnout.

To help process trauma, reduce emotional intensity, and transform old patterns that continue to impact the present.

Grounded in safety, empowerment, and understanding how past experiences shape current stress responses.
My personal journey as a 9/11 survivor and someone who has navigated anxiety and depression allows me to approach therapy with deep empathy and lived understanding. Healing is possible, and you do not have to do it alone.
