You Deserve Real Relief from Anxiety and Trauma
If you are searching for a trauma therapist in Westchester, NY or an experienced EMDR therapist in Scarsdale, you may be feeling frustrated that traditional talk therapy has not created lasting change.

I specialize in helping adults overcome anxiety, complex trauma, dissociation, chronic stress, and parenting challenges by addressing the root of symptoms, not just managing them.

As a trauma-informed therapist in Westchester County, I focus on helping you experience real, sustainable relief so you can feel calmer, more connected, and more fulfilled in your life.
Who I Support
As an anxiety and trauma therapist in Westchester, I work with:

-
Adults motivated to overcome anxiety, depression, or chronic stress who have not found relief with traditional talk therapy

-
Survivors of childhood trauma, complex PTSD, and dissociative disorders

-
Parents who want to break cycles of generational trauma and improve their relationship with their children

-
First responders seeking a safe space to process intense or cumulative stress

-
Individuals struggling with panic attacks, emotional overwhelm, or nervous system dysregulation

Many of my clients are high-functioning but internally exhausted. They want more than coping skills. They want freedom from what continues to trigger them.

How I Work
No two individuals are alike, so my approach is flexible and deeply personalized.

As an EMDR therapist in Westchester, I use a trauma-informed lens to connect present-day symptoms to the experiences and memories where they began. We focus on understanding what happened to you, not what is wrong with you.

My work may include:

As an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant, EMDR is central to my work. I use EMDR to process traumatic memories, reduce panic and anxiety symptoms, and help the nervous system reset.

-
Ego State and Parts Work
To address complex trauma and dissociation with safety and precision.

-
Polyvagal Theory and Attachment-Based Approaches
To understand nervous system patterns and relationship dynamics that keep you stuck.

-
Neurofeedback and Mindfulness Strategies
To decrease anxiety, stress, and dissociation while strengthening regulation.

I combine humor, attunement, and direct guidance because healing requires both safety and forward movement.

As a complex trauma therapist in New York, I am passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful results, often in a shorter time frame than traditional therapy alone.
