What is Holistic Life Coaching?


Holistic Life Coaching brings forward the whole person - mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally supporting clients with guidance to unlock their true potential. A client and coach will co-create tools and techniques that resonate with the client, help them to be brought into all aspects of life for more fulfillment, abundance and to ultimately live the life they want.


When you partner with a Holistic Coach, you will take the four levels of well-being into consideration. This is so important as transformation happens within each part of you! Everything is connected and reigns true for the four levels of holistic coaching.


Through Holistic Coaching, we can uncover what may be blocked, stuck or getting in the way by addressing the inside out. When you start to see areas of your life that can be shifted to a more optimal state you will gain more clarity, joy and a better sense of fulfillment.


The Mental Level


At the mental level of well-being, how we think, focus and our perspective on something hugely impacts the way we live our life. Taking a look at some of the challenges we have going on in our head can be difficult. What do you want your inner dialogue to look like? What excuses are holding you back? What limiting beliefs can you address? Asking questions to uncover unresolved notions in our consciousness can lead to incredible shifts that help bring insights to the thoughts and win the mental tug-of-war in our brains allowing us to focus on our true potential.

We can take appropriate risks and learn from setbacks. A holistic coach, may ask: What is important about being creative? What do you need to be feeling to reach that goal? What is coming up for you when you look at this goal at the emotion level?

Taking care of our physical bodies can help foster better functioning in all areas of life. A Holistic Coach may ask- Where do you feel that in your body? What can help you maintain high energy? What types of movement bring you more connection to your body? A client can then see where they are at the physical level and bring forward practices to improve their overall body health.

The Spiritual Level

By taking time each day to ground ourselves in the present moment and raise our vibrations, we can become aligned with our soul's journey on Earth and an immense sense of peace and acceptance of the process will emerge.
